Simply For Latvia
RECOGNITION with Style would like to recognize Simply for Latvia, a Hosting Program.The truth is that there are hundreds of thousands of children all over the world living without the love of a family. Many of these children are stuck in orphanages and children's homes not because they're bad children, but because of their age. These children need love and acceptance just as much as the younger children who often find adoptive or foster families.
Our mission is to find families that would like to welcome an older child into their home, offering a child one of the most special gifts they may ever receive?unconditional love. The time with your family will change the hosted child?s life forever. It will change yours as well. This winter we will be hosting children from orphanages in Riga, Latvia. The tentative hosting dates are December 19, 2006 through January 9, 2007.
